We would like to be able to provide full statewide appraisal services; however, some limitations are necessary because of geographical limitations and the need to maintain geographical competency. Additionally, we only value income producing properties on Native American tribal lands. The drive-times to the “Colorado Strip” (that portion of the state located north of the Grand Canyon) would be quite excessive for our Phoenix-Mesa based appraisal staff. This portion of Arizona is served by appraisers located in Las Vegas and southern Utah (holding Arizona licenses or certifications).
New West Consulting’s primary service area is shown in YELLOW on the below map graphic; while our secondary service area is shown in RED. We also provide appraisal services to the BLUE areas of the map graphic. However, our fees may not be competitive when compared with appraisers that maintain offices closer to the respective properties requiring appraisals. This is especially true for residential type properties.
While our combined appraisal staff maintains geographical competency for most all non-metropolitan communities and rural districts. Please contact our office regarding your specific location.
