Although our lender clients range in size between from single-location banks to large financial institutions with branch networks that reach coast-to-coast, we concentrate our appraisal work on “neighborhood commercial” and mid-tier type properties. Additionally, we have extensive expertise in several specialty-property types, such as gas stations / convenience stores, carwashes, self-storage, RV Parks, and charter-private schools / religious facilities.
The primary market area for New West Consulting is comprised of the tri-county region of Maricopa, Pinal, and Yavapai Counties, with an emphasis on the urbanized portions of Maricopa County.
However, New West Consulting does provide coverage for non-SFR properties in all portions of the State of Arizona, with the exception of the “Colorado Strip” which is located north of the Grand Canyon. Excluding metropolitan Phoenix, the appraisal team at New West Consulting has completed appraisal assignments in over 30 different Arizona communities during the past two years.
Many of our lender-clients consider NWC’s state-wide coverage for commercial properties to be one of the most important services that we provide. While other appraisal firms may occasionally complete an appraisal assignment located in one of the rural-communities of Arizona, performing “out-of-town” appraisals is a significant component of our core business.
